About the role
National Sales Manager Refrigeration
Epta France, part of the Epta Group, is a leader in commercial refrigeration. We are seeking a driven National Sales Manager to expand our Epta Technica business. Join our innovative team and contribute to our continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a sales force (3 regional sales, 2 inside sales) and back office team.
- Define and implement sales strategies for refrigeration units and cold rooms.
- Promote and develop sales of refrigeration units to installers and cold rooms.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, installers, and engineering firms.
- Negotiate with purchasing groups for product referencing.
- Oversee ongoing and future projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Profile:
- Higher education in refrigeration (BTS, IFFI) required.
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience required.
- Ability to manage a profit center, analyze costs, and set service pricing.
- Fluent in English required; Italian or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- High reactivity and strong proposal-driven mindset.
- Regular national travel required.
