Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Sales Division Office to ensure compliance with Company standards and uphold policies.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels for the sales workforce.
- Mentor and develop the technical and supervisory skills of team members.
- Utilize all Company resources correctly and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with Management and other departments.
- Contact customers, promote products, equipment, and capabilities, and prepare detailed recommendations and cost estimates.
- Respond to customer requests by staying current with new products and services.
- Communicate closely with operations regarding customer service needs and receive updated information on job performance.
- Provide feedback to the company on customer needs, competition, and technological advancements.
- Develop innovative techniques, theories, precepts, and engineering practices to maintain industry leadership.
