About the Automation & Simulation Engineering Bootcamp 2026
As a participant in the Automation & Simulation Engineering Bootcamp 2026 program at Emerson, you will have the opportunity to turn theory into hands-on knowledge, see how everything you learn is transposed into real-life solutions, and experience a professional and dynamic environment. You will learn from expert trainers and interact with fellow students from various technical fields.
Program Details
This 6-week paid program (8 hours/day) runs from July 13 to August 21, 2026 and is equivalent to a university summer practice. It is open to 3rd-year Engineering Faculty students or 2nd-year Non-engineering Technical Faculty students.
Responsibilities
- Participate actively in technical and soft skills training.
- Understand Emerson's industrial software portfolio and solutions.
- Work individually and in teams on hardware and software control systems.

Requirements
- 3rd-year Engineering Faculty or 2nd-year Non-engineering Technical Faculty student.
- Proficiency in Romanian and English (written and spoken).

- Basic understanding of process control and familiarity with MS Office.
- Experience working in project teams.
