Eliot is seeking a dedicated Dual Diagnosis Clinician to join our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and facilitating dual diagnosis groups, and possess strong knowledge of motivational interviewing, harm reduction strategies, twelve step programs, and detoxification resources. Proven experience in community-based work with adults facing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is essential. |

Qualifications:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm (with rotating a 12-8 shift, weekend and on-call rotation)
Bilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase |
