About The Role
Evergreen Innovation Group (EIG), part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are completed on time, with high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, project controls, engineering, cost, risk, and business management of assigned projects. The projects will be within EIG's core markets: Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences, Higher Education, and Commercial. You will collaborate closely with project teams, Project Executives, and Regional Leadership.Supervisory Responsibilities
Manage all project team members, including Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators. Mentor, develop, and train team members to foster rapid growth.Duties And Responsibilities
- Demonstrate understanding and agreement with EIG's vision and mission.
- Maintain 100% detailed, hands-on knowledge of project scope.
- Oversee cost control, billings, and collections for assigned projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and architects.
- Challenge and support job site teams and self-perform work teams.
- Be accountable for project completion, financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills And Abilities
- Flexibility, detail-orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Capacity to produce high-quality work and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Skill in creating and supporting team morale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Prolog or similar), accounting cost management software (CMIC or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).

Education And Experience
- Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
- Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience managing multiple complex, highly technical projects, preferably within EIG's core markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in Electrical Commercial Construction.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Travel to and from the office and assigned job sites is required.
