Overall Purpose
The Partnership Operations & Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing sales and partnership operations through effective program and process management. The position develops and maintains comprehensive reporting and dashboard tools to support forecasting, pipeline management, and key performance tracking. This role, supports Partnership efforts across the enterprise. The position fosters strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, business readiness, and continuous improvement. Ultimately, this role contributes to driving growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience.
Essential Functions
Sales Enablement & Content Management
- Develop and maintain sales content, tools, and playbooks to support consistent, effective selling.
- Manage centralized repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) to ensure materials are current, organized, and easily accessible.
- Create high-quality, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Support training and adoption of sales tools, content, and processes across the team.
Program and Process Management
- Drive processes within EWS to support activities core to successful sales and partnership efforts, including the development of comprehensive reporting tools for forecasting, pipeline management, lead generation, revenue, account development, and client growth/retention.
- Collaborate with Salesforce.com Systems Administrator and the various Partnerships teams to enhance CRM platforms.
Pipeline & Lead Management
- Develop, maintain and enhance Partnerships pipeline management dashboards for enterprise stakeholder reviews.
- Schedule and manage monthly team prep calls to ensure accuracy and schedule cross functional calls, partnering with leadership to present pipeline to stakeholders.
- Develop & optimize operations strategies including inbound customer contacts and opportunities.
- Work closely with ABA marketing teams and Salesforce teams to automate processes and deliver actionable performance reporting.
KPI Storytelling
- Develop comprehensive sales-through-implementation reporting tools for forecast-to-actual reconciliation, sales cycle speeds by product, lead generation/Marketing ROI, implementation-backlog, revenue, account development, and client growth/retention.
- Create executive ready visualization to tell the story of partnership team status and success.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a quantitative/reporting Sales Operations, Sales Enablement and/or Financial Planning and Analysis function.
- Education and experience typically obtained through completion of an Undergraduate Degree in Business, Marketing, Consulting, Finance, Economics or Accounting.
- Proficiency with sales processes and related development of sales force performance.
- Strong leadership capabilities with track record of leveraging progressive technologies to drive Sales reporting/KPIs.
- Excellent ability to influence and consult with internal partners and processes.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Demonstrates professionalism. Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent active listening skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and MS Excel for data analysis, forecasting/modeling and reporting.
- Background and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, CPA and/or CFA.
- Strong Powerpoint or slide deck creation skills visualizing strategic storytelling through graphic design.
- Salesforce.com administration experience.
- Experience in Software and/or Tech-enabled Information Services sector.
- Experience in Payments, Financial Risk Management industry a plus.
- Experience with Tableau (data visualization/reporting), Adaptive Insights (financial planning), Business Objects (reporting) and MS Dynamics/GP (GL).

Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Compensation and Benefits
The Base Pay Scale For This Position In Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $104,000 - $130,000.
San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $125,000 - $156,000.
Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
