The Role
Up to €160k for genuinely remote senior engineering roles at European companies that take distributed work seriously. Not hybrid in disguise. Not return-to-office with a remote trial period. These are teams built distributed by design, with async-first communication, strong written culture, and senior engineers expected to operate with high autonomy.
The Work
- Own meaningful product or platform surface area as a senior IC on a distributed team.
- Operate primarily async: design docs, written reviews, written decisions.
- Modern stacks: typically TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Ship end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.
What You Bring
- Strong senior engineering experience, ideally at startups or product-led companies.
- Real track record of working effectively in remote environments.
- Excellent written communication.
- Eligibility to work in the relevant European country (varies by company).
