Role Overview
Starting on 01.09.2026, join a 3.5-year apprenticeship for the role of Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik with DB InfraGO AG. Training takes place in locations including Bruchsal, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, Landau in der Pfalz, Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Mannheim, Neustadt an der Weinstraße, or Rastatt, with the vocational school and workshop based in Karlsruhe.

- Work outdoors on the railway network with your team.
- Learn maintenance and repair of signalling, switch motors, and level crossings.
- Acquire skills in analyzing and resolving technical disturbances.
- Gain knowledge in measurement, testing, and diagnostic procedures.
Your Profile
You should have or be about to complete a secondary school leaving certificate. Enjoy mathematics, physics, and computer science, be mechanically skilled, and have a methodical, independent work ethic combined with strong teamwork skills.
