Immigration Consultant
Responsible for delivering high-touch immigration case management across VIP, high-priority, and escalated matters while driving team capability through training, knowledge management, and process improvement within assigned jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Manages complex, sensitive, and escalated immigration cases with urgency and precision, serving as a primary drafting and case support resource for VIP clients while maintaining accuracy and quality under tight deadlines.
- Supports training and onboarding of paralegals and specialists through structured coaching, live guidance, and practical feedback that reinforces drafting standards and role-specific best practices.
- Maintains and improves internal knowledge resources including templates, SOPs, checklists, and FAQs, ensuring content reflects current legal and procedural requirements across assigned jurisdictions.
- Contributes subject matter expertise to the development of AI-assisted workflows and internal tools, identifying inefficiencies and translating legal requirements into scalable, repeatable processes.
- Upholds quality and risk standards by reviewing work product, flagging procedural inconsistencies and case risks, and modeling strong judgment and operational discipline across the team.
- Monitors regulatory and policy changes within assigned jurisdictions, escalating compliance concerns and converting legal updates into practical day-to-day guidance for the broader team.
Qualifications
