Overview

The Senior Manager Emerging Technologies role at Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) focuses on developing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity policies and strategies related to emerging technologies such as quantum, cloud, and artificial intelligence. This role supports national cybersecurity interests by addressing new technological risks and trends.

What You Will Be Working On

As part of the Emerging Technology team, you will support strategy and policy development for emerging technology, contributing to national cybersecurity capability. Your responsibilities include:

• Develop and recommend strategies, masterplans, and efforts to senior management to address cybersecurity implications of emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with technical and policy stakeholders in WOG, industry, and international agencies to capture technology developments and risks.
• Conduct research and analysis on strategic trends in emerging technologies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A tertiary qualification in engineering, computer science, or other technical fields.
• Experience in policy formulation and/or technology, with a background in cybersecurity or digital security.
• Strong communication and analytical skills for both presentations and written formats.
• A willingness to learn and operate in diverse, ambiguous, and unstructured work environments.
