Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager
C.T. Male Associates Engineering, Surveying, Architecture, Landscape Architecture & Geology, DPC is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead a variety of projects including site development, drinking water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and stormwater management. This role offers the opportunity to oversee large-scale projects and develop expertise in specialized areas of civil engineering. You will be responsible for managing and producing civil engineering designs, reports, calculations, estimates, and construction details.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and produce comprehensive civil engineering designs, including plans, reports, calculations, specifications, estimates, and construction details.
- Prepare site plans, municipal permit packages, and construction documents.
- Develop project proposals, including defining the scope of services and estimating time and cost.
- Organize and coordinate design teams, manage client correspondence, and administer construction contracts.
- Leverage experience with Planning Board presentations and securing regulatory/agency permits and approvals.
- Foster strong client relationships and promote teamwork through excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Oversee Quality Assurance and Control review procedures for projects.
- Contribute to marketing and client maintenance initiatives.
