The Role

The Quality Assurance position (H/F) within the La Française Group is available in Paris, Raspail.

You will join the Business & Services Transformation & Digitalization department, specifically the DIGITAL FACTORY vertical, under the responsibility of the Lead Product Development Referent. The position is available from September 2026 for 1 to 2 years.

Your Missions

  • Tests and Validation: Conduct functional tests, non-regression tests, integration tests, and others to ensure that developed features meet specifications and function correctly.
  • Identification and Tracking of Anomalies: Identify issues, bugs, or anomalies in products, and document them clearly and precisely for resolution.
  • Documentation: Participate in the drafting and updating of technical or functional documentation for test procedures, bug reports, etc.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, Product Owners, and other team members to ensure quality throughout the development process.
  • Communication: Create test reports and propose solutions. Automate functional tests in collaboration with the tester.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to development and quality processes, as well as automation tools and methodologies to optimize the team's work.

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4 to Bac+5) in Computer Science or Digital, with a good understanding of the web universe and a sensitivity to UX best practices.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with test automation tools is a plus: Cypress, Behat, XRay, Selenium, etc.
  • Curious and resourceful: you learn quickly and propose improvements.
  • Rigorous and organized: you contribute to the quality approach with precision.
  • Team player: you collaborate effectively with IT, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Communication, and IT teams.
