About This Role:

Internships at ConnectOne Bank offer paid, hands-on experience for college students across various departments. Each summer internship is a unique experience. While interns work within their assigned departments, they also collaborate on group projects. This internship provides a comprehensive overview of careers in the banking sector.

We seek a dynamic, energetic intern eager to learn about our company by supporting multiple departments. You will collaborate closely with our team on research, data capture, and attend meetings to gain insights into various aspects of the banking industry.

Highlights from Previous Internships:

• Interns participated in networking events throughout the summer.
• Interns engaged in 'Departmental Overview and Interview' sessions covering diverse business and development topics.
• Interns contributed to the community through work with CNOB-partnered Not-for-Profit organizations.

IT Intern Experience:

• Handle Help Desk calls, managing ticket lifecycles (opening, working, closing).
• Prepare new desktops and laptops.
• Install peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, and mice.
• Conduct inventory of equipment slated for recycling and destruction.
• Gain exposure to various IT domains including Systems, applications, servers, cloud, and networking.
• Travel to branches and back-offices to perform IT-related tasks.

The Summer 2026 Internship Program runs from May 28th, 2026, to August 7th, 2026. Consistent attendance is crucial for maximizing the internship experience. This is a full-time position requiring 40+ hours per week. Travel to branches, corporate offices, and community events is necessary.

Our IT internship will take place at our Englewood Cliffs, NJ location.
