Confido is seeking a Product Deployment Specialist with a focus on Deductions to join our team. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our customers, our product, and the market, specifically within the complex deductions and chargebacks space for CPG brands. This role requires a blend of operational rigor and commercial curiosity, with a direct impact on product development.

The Role
This role will serve as the connection between our customers, our product, and the market. You will build internal processes and documentation, engage closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure they derive value from our product, and monitor market trends to inform product strategy. You will report directly to the Product Lead for Disputes.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain internal processes, documentation, and playbooks for the disputes team and broader organization.
- Engage with customers to understand workflows and needs, synthesizing feedback into product opportunities.
- Support customers in understanding and maximizing product value, acting as a knowledgeable contact for inquiries.
- Bridge the gap between customer experience, product functionality, and roadmap decisions.
- Conduct research on industry trends, solutions, and market gaps to shape product strategy.
- Collaborate with the Product Lead to scope features, test ideas, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in product, consulting, investment banking, investing, or domain-specific roles (deductions, accounts receivable, CPG finance).
- Analytical and structured thinking skills for breaking down complex processes and defining automated solutions.
- Strong communication skills to translate operational knowledge into documentation and requirements.
- Exposure to building financial workflows, process improvements, or working with product/technical teams is a plus.
- Deep curiosity about customers and excitement to become a CPG/retail subject matter expert.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive work forward independently.
- Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week.
