About the Role: Director AI Transformation Lead
We are looking for a high-agency AI leader to drive end-to-end AI transformation across CoinDCX. This role is responsible for identifying high-impact AI opportunities across business functions, building practical implementation roadmaps, and ensuring execution that delivers measurable efficiency, cost, risk, and revenue improvements.
What You’ll Do:
- Enterprise AI Strategy: Conduct a structured evaluation across all functions to identify automation, augmentation, and intelligence-led transformation opportunities. Develop and own a company-wide AI Charter outlining strategy, prioritisation framework, governance model, capability-building plan, and success metrics. Translate business priorities into a phased AI roadmap aligned with company OKRs and long-term strategy.
- AI Implementation & Execution: Own end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, from use-case definition to production rollout. Embed LLMs, AI agents, predictive systems, and automation into core workflows, redesigning processes to be AI-enabled rather than AI-assisted. Ensure all deployments are scalable, secure, compliant, and measurable. Establish structured impact tracking mechanisms to measure adoption, performance improvements, and ROI.
- Productivity, ROI & Governance: Drive measurable impact by reducing manual effort, operational costs, turnaround times, and error rates. Quantify business impact for every initiative and track realised value against projections. Establish guardrails, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure responsible AI adoption in a regulated crypto environment.
You’ll Excel in This Role If You Have:
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of deploying AI in production environments.
- Experience working with LLMs, agents, and workflow automation systems.
- Prior experience in fintech, crypto, high-growth tech startup, or consulting is preferred.

Launch and leadership alignment on an organisation-wide AI Charter within the first 90–120 days. Deployment of 5–10 high-impact AI initiatives into production within 12 months. Quantifiable improvements in cost, productivity, risk control, or revenue across priority functions. Documented ROI tracking with realised value reported quarterly. Implementation of governance guardrails with zero major compliance or data-risk incidents.
- Technical Capabilities: Strong understanding of LLM architectures and prompting, Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents and orchestration frameworks, ML pipelines and productionisation. Familiarity with tools such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, workflow automation platforms, etc. Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
- Operating Style: High ownership and bias for execution. Structured thinker with strong prioritisation ability. Strong cross-functional collaborator. Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership.
