Overview

The IT Workforce & Administration Officer will manage staff movement, coordinate HR processes and support the IT leadership at CLSA.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Track and manage staff movement within the global IT Department.
  • Generate reports, dashboard metrics, and maintain employee records.
  • Collaborate with local HR to coordinate performance assessment processes.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and practices.
  • Arrange on-boarding seating in HK offices and coordinate team events.
  • Offer confidential secretarial support to the CIO and COOs.
  • Manage dynamic calendars, travel logistics (domestic and international) and meeting arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit presentations and collate materials.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in employee development and performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (macros, formulas, automation) and PPT.
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work autonomously.
  • Experience interacting effectively with all organizational levels.
