Overview
The IT Workforce & Administration Officer will manage staff movement, coordinate HR processes and support the IT leadership at CLSA.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Track and manage staff movement within the global IT Department.
- Generate reports, dashboard metrics, and maintain employee records.
- Collaborate with local HR to coordinate performance assessment processes.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and practices.
- Arrange on-boarding seating in HK offices and coordinate team events.
- Offer confidential secretarial support to the CIO and COOs.
- Manage dynamic calendars, travel logistics (domestic and international) and meeting arrangements.
- Prepare and edit presentations and collate materials.
Requirements
- Degree holder with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in employee development and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (macros, formulas, automation) and PPT.
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work autonomously.
- Experience interacting effectively with all organizational levels.
