Data Analyst - Research Team
This is where you come in. We’re hiring a Data Analyst to join our Research team and help shape our AI-driven cybersecurity platform. In this role, you’ll analyze product outputs, evaluate AI agent performance, and generate insights that improve our systems.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze outputs generated by AI agents and product features to uncover patterns, edge cases, and opportunities to strengthen system behavior.
- Turn data into actionable insights that drive product improvements.
- Define and track metrics that measure the performance and impact of AI-driven capabilities.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to better understand system behavior and user impact.
- Build automations and workflows that scale analysis, evaluations, and internal processes.
- Communicate findings and recommendations that influence product development.
- Work closely with internal partners and customers in a fast-paced environment to translate field feedback into product improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with Python or similar tools for data analysis and automation.
- Ability to build simple tools, scripts, or automations to improve workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with AI tools, systems, or machine learning-driven products.
