Electronic Trading Product Manager Equities Vice President
Citi's Equities business is seeking a VP level Electronic Trading Product Manager to innovate and enhance Citi’s electronic trading offering for key institutional clients, including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, and Quant Funds. This role, reporting into the Equities Electronic Product team, demands a strong technical background and a proactive approach to product management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all facets of product management for Citi Equity Electronic Trading Products.
- Conduct quantitative research and product gap analysis to innovate, design, and maintain Equities Execution Algorithms, Smart Order Routers, and related E-Trading products.
- Coordinate product development across various teams, develop specifications, and define KPIs to measure product performance.
- Maintain robust policy, risk management, and governance compliance structures within Electronic Trading products.
- Drive continuous innovation within Citi’s Electronic Execution products by developing and tailoring algorithmic strategies to evolving market structures and client needs.
Required Skills
- Subject matter expertise in Electronic Trading products: Equity Execution Algorithms, Smart Routers, DMA, and Dark Pools.
- Extensive relevant experience in electronic trading product management or a related field, with a deep understanding of equity execution algorithms, quantitative platform architecture, technologies, and market microstructure for Cash Equities.
- Strong analytical, data research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, understand trading logic, identify liquidity trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical internal partners.
- Solid understanding of global regulatory and compliance requirements pertinent to electronic trading and cash equities.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics and Quantitative Methods, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
