Job Description
Director of SEO – AI Lead Organic Growth
Case Engine helps top personal injury law firms turn SEO and AI search into signed cases. We are growing and need a Director of SEO who can own the entire channel and weaponize AI across our workflows. If you are an agency-side SEO leader who loves local, complex service businesses and building systems that scale, keep reading.
What you will do
- Own SEO strategy for a portfolio of PI law firms across local, organic, and AI search.
- Design and operationalize AI-assisted workflows for research, content, optimization, and reporting.
- Lead and level up a team of SEO pros on process, quality, and speed.
- Build and refine SEO + AI playbooks, SOPs, and QA so delivery is consistent and on time.
- Tie SEO work directly to signed cases, retention, and account growth.
What you bring
- 7+ years in SEO, 3+ years leading teams in an agency.
- Deep local SEO experience plus strong technical, content, and off-page chops.
- Proven wins where SEO drove real revenue / signed cases.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools into SEO operations (not just prompting for ideas).
- High standards, clear communication, and a bias toward action.
