As a Technical Program Manager, you will run complex modernization/transformation programs to Cloud, owning the scoping, planning, and execution of features and processes end to end. This role is highly visible across business units where you will be partnering with and influencing the direction of multiple engineering teams within and outside of your business line. You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints without being hindered by ambiguity or multiple priorities.Your Skills And Experience
- 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management spanning across cross-functional teams, with at least 4+ years on Cloud transformation.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience using analytics to translate business issues into investigative solutions, develop Key Performance Indicators and metrics (e.g., cost savings, quality of decision-making, improved efficiency and velocity).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proficient in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project).
Compensation
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $98,497 - $233,248. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business considerations, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
