Position Summary

The part-time Seasonal Retail Associate supports store operations by achieving sales targets, assisting in product knowledge sessions, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Your role is key to maintaining Canada Goose’s reputation as a premium luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and performance targets.
• Participate in store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
• Support store upkeep, merchandise organization, and POS transactions.
• Advise customers with expert product recommendations.
• Promote a positive, team-focused environment and uphold brand standards.

Requirements

• 1-2 years retail experience in a high-touch environment.
• Experience with luxury or premium brands in high volume settings.
• Open availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and French; Cantonese/Mandarin is an asset.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office; proficient with POS systems.
