About the Role - Group Product Manager
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Group Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for our core Fraud & Risk product line, with a specific focus on Device Intelligence and Behavioral Biometrics. This is a pivotal, high-impact role responsible for defining the future of products that are fundamental to our customers' security and our company's growth.
You will be the catalyst for transforming our advanced fraud detection technologies into a globally scalable, market-leading solution. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in the fraud and identity space, a proven track record of shipping successful B2B SaaS products, and a relentless passion for solving complex customer problems
What you’ll be doing
Own the Product Vision & Strategy: Define and evangelize a clear, compelling vision and multi-year strategy for the Device Intelligence and Behavioral Biometrics product lines, aligning with Bureau's mission and international growth objectives.
Drive the Product Roadmap: Develop and manage a prioritized roadmap that balances innovation, competitive differentiation, customer needs, and strategic business goals. You will be responsible for making tough prioritization decisions and communicating the "why" behind them.
Lead Product Discovery & Delivery: Collaborate intensively with Engineering, Data Science, and Design partners to translate the roadmap into clear requirements. Lead the team through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch and iteration.
Be the Voice of the Customer: Engage directly with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand market needs, emerging fraud patterns, and competitive dynamics. Translate these insights into actionable product initiatives.
Enable Go-To-Market Success: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to develop compelling positioning, define pricing & packaging, and create the necessary collateral to ensure the commercial success of your products in both our core Indian market and new international regions.
Define and Measure Success: Establish and analyze key product metrics to measure performance, drive adoption, and inform future product decisions.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum of ideally 6-10 years of hands-on product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment. What matters more than years of experience is the ability to operate at a Group Product Manager level, driving strategy, influencing stakeholders, and delivering outcomes through strong product leadership.
Experience building and owning technical B2B products such as APIs, SDKs, data platforms, risk engines, decisioning systems, or developer-facing SaaS products.
Strong understanding of integration design and developer experience, including documentation, sandbox environments, versioning, backward compatibility, data contracts, and implementation workflows.
Ability to work deeply with Engineering and Data Science teams on technical trade-offs around latency, reliability, scalability, security, and ease of customer adoption.
Proven ability to simplify complex technical products into seamless customer implementation journeys, reducing integration effort while improving product adoption and long-term scalability.
Experience building products in device fingerprinting, behavioral biometrics, account takeover (ATO) prevention, or closely related fraud detection technologies. You must be fluent in the language of modern fraud prevention.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset are essential for success in this role. Given the nature of risk and fraud products, you must be comfortable working with large data, defining metrics, identifying patterns and anomalies, and using data to drive product decisions. Experience in Machine Learning models is a plus.
