Founded by experienced security professionals, Buck4Bug works with fintechs, SaaS companies, and regulated organizations across the EU and is expanding its commercial presence in the Baltics and wider European market.
About the Role
As a Cyber Sales Manager, you will drive B2B sales of cybersecurity services from first contact to closed deal. You will work directly with founders, security engineers, and clients to sell complex, trust-based services primarily to CTOs, CISOs, Heads of Engineering, and Compliance leaders in the Baltics and EU market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Estonian market.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as CTOs and CIOs.
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to refine value propositions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities in the Baltics.
Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with IT/Cybersecurity solutions and the Baltic Cybersecurity/IT market.
- Experience closing mid-to-large deals and meeting revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment.
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the EU as needed.
