Job Description

Role Description:

Integrated into the Communication department and reporting to the Global Paid Media Project Manager, the Media Coordination Assistant actively contributes to the various paid media activities of the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure transverse coordination between internal teams, markets, and our agencies to guarantee smooth and effective campaign execution.
  • Support the team in the daily operations of media campaigns, assisting with setup, reporting, and monitoring.
  • Be responsible for updating our media planning tool in collaboration with our agency.
  • Centralize and respond to requests related to campaign visuals.
  • Conduct paid media monitoring in key markets (industry campaigns, best practices).
