This 8-month co-op/new grad placement beginning January 2026 offers the opportunity to join the Marketing team as a Technical Writing Associate Marketing Co-op New Grad.
About The Role
You will support promotional efforts for Boston Scientific’s devices and solutions. You will produce, edit, and standardize various marketing documents while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external translation services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and edit error-free promotional documents.
- Create brochures, presentations, digital content, user guides, clinical materials and more.
- Coordinate with 3rd party translators and update internal product messaging.
- Standardize document templates and layouts.
- Process documents in the electronic Quality Management System ensuring approvals.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Technical Writing program.
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Life Sciences such as Biology, Anatomy, or Physiology.
- Self-motivated team player with ability to meet deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a minimum salary of $31,200 and a maximum salary of $56,800. Additional variable compensation may apply.
