As a Systems Engineer on our team, you have the chance to lead the technical development and integration of Department of Defense systems. You’ll create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models of systems from concept throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge and develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. You will work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of other junior employees.

You Have:
- Experience with systems design, integration, and testing activities
- Experience conducting system-level trade studies to identify and balance conflicting requirements
- Experience decomposing complex systems or system of systems
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Knowledge of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle
- Ability to convey multi-functional behaviors and architectures to clients
- Secret clearance
- OCSMP Level 1 Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
