FMS Management Analyst

On our team, you’ll provide program and project management expertise in supporting projects for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation Research. You’ll work with program leadership to manage cost, schedule, and performance to support the Navy in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives using tools like Microsoft Excel to analyze budgets and tracking information, Microsoft Word to develop technical documents, Microsoft PowerPoint to develop presentations, and Generative AI to streamline and automate processes. You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with program management or operations in a Defense or Navy program management office
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail, be flexible, be proactive, be adaptable to changing client priorities, and manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision
- Ability to collaborate across multiple client organizations, partner nation organizations, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience tracking FMS cases through the development and execution process

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
