The Role: Founding Partnerships Lead
We are looking for a Founding Partnerships Lead, someone to own all strategic relationships at Blossom, including payors, health systems, and enterprise organizations.

What you'll do:
- Lead partnerships at Blossom, building relationships with payors, health systems, physician groups, benefit aggregators, employers, NGOs, universities, and other enterprise-level organizations.
- You'll be both establishing new relationships as well as cultivating existing ones.
- Lead negotiations on commercial opportunities.
- Identify and gain agreement on win-win scenarios.
You'll be a good fit if:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A strong bias for action - you don't wait to be told, you go ahead and do.
- Demonstrated success in a similar partnerships role at a tech-enabled clinical startup or related company.
- New York City based candidates preferred, but open to remote candidates as well.
- Travel to partners is required as part of the role.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
