- Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence.
- Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent.
- Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently.
- Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
