Key Responsibilities

  • Overall service management, technological and functional project direction, and coordination with various departments.
  • Management of the service and technological/functional direction of contract-related work.
  • Coordination with other areas, functional units, and involved third parties.
  • Evaluation and analysis of user requirements, including effort estimation and activity planning.
  • Regular communication with users and stakeholders, ensuring fluid and traceable communication.
  • Conducting specific studies on matters within the contract's scope.
  • Identifying solutions and analyzing the feasibility of technical and functional alternatives.

Requirements

Education:

  • University Degree/Higher Engineering or Bachelor's Degree/Technical Engineering + Master's Degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Telecommunications.

At Least 5 Years of Proven Experience In:

  • Coordination of development projects in the technological and functional domain for at least 5 years.
  • Proven experience with the platforms and technological development environment of the contract.
  • Proven experience using planning, analysis, and design methodologies for information systems (Métrica 3 or similar).

Valuable:
