Responsibilities
- Create exceptional visual assets across every touchpoint, from paid and organic social content to product visuals, branding materials, and presentation decks.
- Produce work that performs, looks great, and ships fast, owning the quality of every deliverable from brief to final output.
- Master your craft and raise the bar. Develop deep expertise in your primary discipline (motion, graphic design, illustration, or others) and build skills across adjacent ones.
- Use AI tools to push your creative output further and faster, from generating concepts and exploring visual directions to accelerating production workflows.
- Deliver at pace, without sacrificing quality, handling a high volume of work across multiple projects and priorities.
- Execute with business awareness, understanding the 'why' and 'who' behind a project to make strategically purposeful craft decisions.
- Spot opportunities and take initiative, proactively flagging gaps, proposing ideas, and acting on moments where creative work can have a real impact.
