Responsibilities

• Create exceptional visual assets across every touchpoint, from paid and organic social content to product visuals, branding materials, and presentation decks.
• Produce work that performs, looks great, and ships fast, owning the quality of every deliverable from brief to final output.
• Master your craft and raise the bar. Develop deep expertise in your primary discipline (motion, graphic design, illustration, or others) and build skills across adjacent ones.
• Use AI tools to push your creative output further and faster, from generating concepts and exploring visual directions to accelerating production workflows.
• Deliver at pace, without sacrificing quality, handling a high volume of work across multiple projects and priorities.
• Execute with business awareness, understanding the 'why' and 'who' behind a project to make strategically purposeful craft decisions.
• Spot opportunities and take initiative, proactively flagging gaps, proposing ideas, and acting on moments where creative work can have a real impact.

The selection process

If you pass our screening, you’ll complete challenging tests that may involve unfamiliar problems and take several hours. We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re confident we’ve found the right candidate.

Before you apply, note that Bending Spoons is a demanding environment requiring significant commitment. We recommend spending your first few months in our Milan office to rapidly absorb company culture and build trust, with support for travel and accommodation. After that, you can work from our offices or remotely from approved countries.
