Project Manager cum Scrum Master

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to take on a dual role that combines project management with Scrum Master responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication, while also facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting the team in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders – ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure dependencies are resolved and milestones are met.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage scrum board by ensuring sprint scope is clearly defined, tasks are properly executed, and work items move smoothly across the board from start to completion.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritisation.
• Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, Agile mindset in the team.
• Develop, document, enforce, and monitor adherence to software development standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• 8+ years of project management experience, with 4+ years in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven success in delivering enterprise-scale projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Candidates must hold relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2, and CSM, PSM, or SAFe Agilist.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics, team dynamics, and servant leadership.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
