About the Role
The Recruiter II will be an integral part of a centralized sourcing team, focusing on high-volume recruitment needs. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding. This role demands a strategic, data-driven approach, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to build robust talent pipelines for operational and inventory management positions (typically level 4 to level 6).
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates for high-volume roles, focusing on site operations and inventory management.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for diverse teams including Workplace Health & Safety, Loss Prevention, Grocery, Prime Air, and Operations Tech Solutions.
- Employ advanced Boolean search and creative sourcing methods to identify and engage top talent.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage requisitions, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate data.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand requirements and priorities.
- Apply professional judgment to plan and achieve hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Adapt to changing business needs and shifting priorities in recruitment tasks.
- Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters or sourcing specialists when necessary.
- Apply creativity and latitude in sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche roles.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume sourcing experience, preferably in a centralized or large-scale recruiting environment.
- Proven full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Strong technical sourcing skills, including advanced Boolean search and multi-channel candidate identification.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience recruiting for technical and operational roles (site operations managers, inventory managers).
- Familiarity with recruiting for diverse functional areas (e.g., Workplace Health & Safety, Loss Prevention, Grocery, Prime Air, Operations Tech Solutions).
- Extensive knowledge of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills for prioritizing requisitions and managing deadlines.
- Ability to lead and direct others when required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, planning and accomplishing goals with minimal supervision.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00 per hour.
