In this role, you’ll lead the analysis and consulting for our travel product and program technologies. This is a great opportunity to share your technical knowledge with internal and external customers, generate value for the business, and build relationships across our global team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the resolution of incidents with timely communication, critical issue analysis and review within SLA (service level agreement)
- Analyze and drive RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Perform issue severity assessment based on impact to the business, and prioritize accordingly
- Apply learning to deployments of replacement products and platforms
- Lead and support large projects within the migration workstream
- Collaborate with multiple vendor partners and internal teams to resolve migration challenges
- Participate in development and implementation tests
- Ensure overall success of the migration program
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of business travel experience, understanding of both online and traditional business
- Good knowledge of multiple global distribution systems (GDS) – including Sabre and Apollo/Galileo
- Experience working with robotics tools, APIs and web services technology, Windows O/S platforms
- Strong MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus
- Understand the software development lifecycle
- Able to clearly capture technological requirements, guide internal teams' development, and assist with testing and implementation
- Able to identify underlying issues given symptoms reported by users
- Data driven; able to build and analyze metrics and reports
- Excellent time-management, organizational and interpersonal skills
