About the Role
The Programmatic Solutions Consultant at Amazon is responsible for managing the end-to-end experience of enterprise customers, particularly programmatic trading desks. You will drive customer success by leveraging deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, including DSPs, RTB, bid shading, and machine learning optimization. This role is based in Germany and requires fluency in both English and German.
Key Responsibilities
- Own relationships with programmatic trading desk managers
- Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing product consultation
- Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Support
- Advocate customer needs in product improvement discussions
A Day in the Life
Engage with customers through training sessions, beta feature support, business strategy discussions, and campaign optimizations. This role includes troubleshooting, deep-dive analysis, and continuous feedback to improve Amazon DSP. You will act as a trusted advisor to develop customer proficiency in using Amazon technologies.
