Position Overview
The IT Support Associate role supports the IT Service Desk, a centralized global support organization that operates 24x7. The team is responsible for providing efficient, streamlined support to worldwide operations, including troubleshooting end user devices and managing IT incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate clear and effective communication with internal customers globally.
- Troubleshoot issues on desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and more.
- Work with various operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
- Follow standard operating procedures and meet service desk goals.
- Maintain a flexible schedule for 24x7 operations and support rotational shifts.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 1+ years of support experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux; experience troubleshooting multiple computer systems and peripheral devices.
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware installation, AWS or similar.
