Junior Localization Engineer - Altagram Group
Altagram is seeking a part-time Junior Localization Engineer to join our APAC team. This role involves supporting project management by analyzing and preparing localization kits, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing tools like memoQ and Plunet. The position is remote within the APAC time zone.
Your Role
- Analyze and prepare diverse source files and formats to optimize localization workflows.
- Partner with various teams to enhance their workflows and assist with repetitive tasks.
- Participate in internal calls to support localization engineers and project managers.
- Provide assistance with tools and resolve technical challenges for the team.
Your Profile
- Experience in localization processes or localization engineering.
- General knowledge of localization tools, with a preference for memoQ.
- Solid understanding of regular expressions for text manipulation.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proactive, independent mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Localization.
- Familiarity with standard software, especially MS Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of internationalization and globalization principles.
