Job Summary

As a Sr. Product Owner, you will own and drive front-to-back Private & Public Credit and Equity workflows focused on Asset Servicing, ensuring seamless alignment between operational processes, data flows, and system capabilities. This is a high-impact role requiring deep domain expertise across asset servicing and fund accounting, combined with the ability to define, prioritize, and execute a complex product roadmap. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable backlogs, ensuring delivery of robust, scalable solutions aligned with market demand from asset managers and fund administrators. The ideal candidate brings strong market perspective, operates independently, and ensures high-quality execution from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities

Product Leadership
  • Own the product backlog for front-to-back Private & Public Credit and Equity workflows focused on Asset Servicing, prioritizing features, client commitments, and technical debt.
  • Define and drive the roadmap for end-to-end workflows, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic direction.
  • Develop and maintain detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), EPICs, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria tied to business value.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across asset servicing operations, including trade lifecycle, corporate actions, valuations, cash management, and reporting across credit and equity asset classes.
  • Ensure workflows are designed with a strong focus on scalability, data integrity, and operational efficiency across asset classes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with Market-Facing Product Managers to refine initiatives and translate them into executable Epics and Stories.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and QA to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality delivery.
  • Act as the primary bridge between client-facing teams (Support, Implementation, Account Management) and Engineering across front-to-back asset servicing workflows.
Execution & Delivery
  • Ensure backlog readiness and predictability across sprints and Program Increments.
  • Drive resolution of workflow, product, and data issues across front-to-back asset servicing processes, ensuring continuous improvement and platform stability.
  • Own end-to-end visibility of delivery progress, dependencies, and risks, ensuring transparency and proactive mitigation.
  • Lead customer demos, enablement sessions, and post-release validations.

Requirements

General Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis in B2B SaaS, fintech, or asset management.
  • Proven track record of owning back-office, accounting, or asset servicing products across credit and/or equity asset classes.
  • Ability to operate independently, take ownership of complex initiatives, and influence across functions.
Domain Expertise
  • Deep knowledge of front-to-back asset servicing workflows across Private and Public Credit and Equity, including trade lifecycle, corporate actions, valuations, cash management, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of asset manager and fund administrator operations across multiple asset classes.
  • Experience across both private and public markets workflows is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as WSO, Investran, Geneva, or comparable asset servicing and fund accounting systems is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data workflows across front-to-back systems.
  • Comfort working with SQL or structured data queries for validation and analysis.
Soft Skills
