We're looking for experienced Project Managers in the New York area to help train, evaluate, and improve next-generation AI systems — ensuring they can deliver accurate, practical, and realistic career guidance to professionals at every stage of their careers.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep, real-world project management expertise and the ability to communicate it clearly.

What You'll Do
- Review career-related questions submitted by professionals at different stages of their project management careers
- Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within your field
- Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
- Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
- Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Proven professional experience as a Project Manager — ideally with exposure to enterprise, agency, or cross-functional environments
- Strong understanding of career progression, hiring practices, and professional development within project management
- Experience mentoring, managing, interviewing, or advising other professionals is highly valued
- Excellent written communication skills — you can explain complex concepts clearly and practically
- Able to provide actionable, realistic career advice grounded in how the PM profession actually works
- Self-motivated and comfortable meeting quality expectations while working independently
Nice to Have
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications
- Experience managing cross-functional or enterprise-scale teams
