About The Role
What if your attention to detail and critical thinking could directly improve the AI tools that millions of people rely on every day? We're looking for AI Training Specialists to complete structured evaluation and labeling tasks that teach AI systems to be more accurate, reliable, and useful.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to motivated individuals from any background. No prior AI or technical experience needed — just a sharp eye, a consistent work ethic, and the ability to follow detailed guidelines.

What You'll Do
- Complete structured tasks — including labeling, rating, and classification — that train AI models to perform better
- Evaluate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality and accuracy
- Follow detailed rubrics and guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
- Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality AI responses using structured feedback tools
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions with consistency
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without close supervision
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Comfortable using web-based tools and digital platforms
- Curious about AI and eager to contribute to its development
- No prior AI, tech, or data experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in editing, research, quality assurance, or content evaluation
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an end user
- Background in critical analysis, writing, or fact-checking
