Your ability to explain complex concepts, break down difficult material, and evaluate the quality of educational content is exactly what the next generation of AI needs. We're looking for experienced teachers and tutors to help train and improve AI systems — reviewing lessons, creating content, and ensuring AI can truly teach.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. Work on your own schedule, in your subject area, at your own pace.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated explanations, lessons, and tutoring responses for accuracy and pedagogical quality
- Create clear, well-structured educational content across your subject areas
- Identify errors, gaps, or misleading information in AI-produced learning materials
- Rate AI responses on clarity, helpfulness, and age-appropriateness
- Provide structured feedback to improve how AI explains and teaches concepts
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in teaching, tutoring, or instructional roles — any subject area welcome (math, science, languages, humanities, test prep, and more)
- Able to explain complex topics in simple, clear language
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Comfortable evaluating educational content at scale
- No prior AI or technical experience required
