Job Description
Frontend Developer Intern at AI Startup Impact
AI Startup Impact is looking for a Frontend Developer Intern who is passionate about building modern, user-friendly web applications. This is a paid remote internship where you will work on developing and improving the frontend experience of a growing platform focused on the AI startup ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using Next.js and JavaScript
- Implement modern UI/UX designs for web applications
- Optimize pages for performance and SEO using Next.js features
- Collaborate with the team to build intuitive and accessible user experiences
- Integrate frontend components with APIs and backend services
Requirements
- Experience with Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design
- Basic knowledge of SEO optimization, performance, and web accessibility
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks
- Understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend workflows
- Interest in startups, AI products, and building real-world applications
Preferred Skills
- Experience with frontend performance optimization
- Knowledge of Next.js routing, server-side rendering (SSR), and static generation (SSG)
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Understanding of modern design tools such as Figma
