What You Will Do
You will guide some of the world's largest organizations by:
- Delivering responsive customer service using proven frameworks
- Guiding customers from initial demo to active subscription
- Sharing best practices on strategy, idea capture, prioritization, and roadmap creation
- Helping integrate Aha! software with existing tools
- Mentoring newer team members in demos and customer success techniques
Who You Are
You have over six years of experience in product management or similar roles at high-growth technology companies, enjoy working directly with customers, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You are adept at learning complex software applications, have excellent communication skills, and can independently resolve challenging issues.
