About the Role

ADP is seeking a Production Support – Part time professional to support the Human Resourcing Outsourcing Third Party Remittance program. You will perform tasks such as splitting, batching, sorting, assembly, bagging, and dispatching according to agreed specifications, location, time and channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize documentation from the HRO operations team.
  • Match documents with corresponding cheques and route them correctly.
  • Monitor HRO folders and ensure timely dispatch of items.
  • Support shipping/receiving activities including creating courier waybills and handling Canada Post mail.
  • Update data in the production portal accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met for cheque processing.
  • Handle urgent requests from the HRO Operations Leadership.
  • Investigate missing or delayed items and escalate issues to the coordinator or team leader.
  • Manage inventory to support mail and courier activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with figures.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
  • Proficient data entry skills (numeric and alphanumeric).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • Ability to lift more than 5 lbs (2.6 kg).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Comfortable with standard office environments including long periods of computer use.
