- Proficiency in 3D CAD Software (NX preferred)

- Understanding of traditional & non-traditional manufacturing processes
- Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
- Understanding of Problem Solving Frameworks (8D, FTA, Pareto Analysis, etc.) & RCA/CAPA Techniques
