About this role
As a Quality & Manufacturing Intern at Zipline, you will work within the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) or Manufacturing Quality Engineering (MQE) teams. Your responsibilities will include maintaining assembly lines, designing equipment, conducting root cause analyses, and supporting quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and efficiency of Zipline’s manufacturing operations.

What you need
- Pursuing a graduate/undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, or Mathematics
- Completed at least the second year of undergraduate studies
- Proficiency in 3D CAD Software (NX preferred)
- Ability to read Engineering Drawings (with GD&T)
- Understanding of traditional & non-traditional manufacturing processes
- Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
