What you need

- Working knowledge of I-9/E-Verify operations and related Workday processes

- Workday Time Tracking implementation experience, including schedules, time calculations, approvals, overtime or premium-pay considerations, absence integration, and downstream payroll flow
- Experience evaluating complex timekeeping requirements across shifts, holidays, leave, overtime, and local payroll considerations
- Experience with EIBs, RaaS, calculated fields, APIs, and Workday integration troubleshooting
- Experience leading an end-to-end Workday implementation or major functional rollout
- Familiarity with ADP timekeeping or payroll-adjacent integrations
