What you need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 12+ years of progressive engineering experience in connected consumer hardware, IoT, or medical devices
- At least 5+ years in engineering leadership (Director level or above)
- Technical depth across Electrical Engineering, Firmware, Software, and Cloud
- Hands-on capability to read schematics, evaluate codebases, and guide architectural decisions
- Experience managing third-party engineering vendors and contract manufacturers
