About this role

What you need

  • Bachelor's (for CM I) or Master's (for CM II) Degree in psychology, social work, or related human services degree
  • One year experience in mental health or human services preferred
  • Valid Colorado Driver’s license
  • Recent clean driving record
  • Ability to transport clients in your vehicle
  • Ability to obtain and carry Business Use coverage on your auto policy

  • Knowledge or ability to learn trauma-informed principles
  • Knowledge of methods of psychotherapy
  • Knowledge of community resources
  • Familiarity with the DSM-V and diagnostic techniques
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • CM II - $31.25/hr. - $65,000 annually
  • Language Differential - $1/hr - $2.50/hr for bilingual proficiency in Spanish & ASL
