What you need
- Associate’s degree or vocational certification in logistics or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment related to electronic circuit boards
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of high inventory accuracy and documentation compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods
- Solid written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across cross-functional teams
- Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance

- Demonstrated proficiency and experience with E2 JobBoss and NetSuite a plus
- Good understanding of warehouse operations under FAR/DFAR. DCMA warehouse audit experience
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a small warehouse team
- Experience working in an aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environment
- Experience with hi-rel EEE component handling and SMT kit preparation
